The Customer First Team will be your advocate and representative within the Eclipse organization. We are responsible for the entire customer experience from the first reporting of a customer case through resolution and closure of each instance of a customer interaction. Customer Care has the primary responsibility for insuring that every interaction between Eclipse and you meets a high standard of care. Our standard of care is driven by our goal to provide the customer with a single point of contact that greatly simplifies day-to-day customer aircraft management and the Owner / Operator concerns whether it is maintenance / upgrades, parts, or technical support.

As we open our Authorized Service Centers across the country and overseas, we will be able to bring a higher level of service to you. Currently there are Three Platinum Service Centers located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Chicago, Illinois and Istanbul, Turkey. We have also just named our first Gold Service Center in Boca Raton, FL
